Notes from the Meeting:  Gloria Wilkes was our guest speaker today.  She worked in Hospice as an RN in Public Relations.  She spoke to us  on "What is Hospice?", "Why People should consider it," and "Understanding the important role it plays in helping patients and their families deal with terminal illness."   She concluded that she often uses humor to help lighten the mood of her patients and encourages them to smile with outrageous costumes and her puppet, the nurse.

Jerry Swain and Faye Hodges did a great job decorating for the meeting today.
Mrs. Harvey is selling door prize tickets.  The money is use for the Educational Gift for Paraprofessionals.
